About This Role





SharkNinja is a global company with a fast-growing presence across Latin America. As Ninja products reach more LATAM households — across cooking, food prep, treats, and beverages — we have a significant opportunity to ensure our products are developed, validated, and positioned in a way that truly reflects the richness and diversity of LATAM culinary culture.

This person will embed as a culinary intelligence partner to the Ninja Test Kitchen — bringing authentic regional expertise to product testing, KPI development, ingredient gap analysis, and story creation across all Ninja categories. LATAM is not a single market, and the person in this seat has a real opportunity to shape how Ninja shows up across one of the world’s most vibrant and diverse culinary regions.
