The Role
As Mainframe CICS Operations at Kyndryl, you’ll manage and support transactional applications within enterprise mainframe environments, ensuring consistent performance, availability, and reliable response times. This role is essential to maintaining business‑critical systems that support high‑volume transaction processing.
You are responsible for monitoring CICS transactional environments, resolving performance or availability issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain stable operations.
