Role Overview

As an Associate, Marketing, you are a sharp, detail-oriented, and adaptable marketing mind dedicated to scaling our growth engine across multiple high-impact acquisition channels. You support the execution, optimization, and expansion of our customer acquisition programs, balancing hands-on operations within our affiliate networks, direct mail campaigns, and paid social initiatives. You collaborate closely with internal growth squads to recruit partners, coordinate multi-channel assets, and ensure our performance ecosystem runs with maximum efficiency. You combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to help execute campaigns that scale, resolve workflow blockers quickly, and deliver measurable enrollment grow
