Job Description
The Connected Services Networks and Security Services Team Lead is responsible for execution and team management throughout the life cycle of focused consulting engagements with our valued customers.
The Networks and Security Services Team Lead will manage a team of diverse experienced engineers and consultants in Latin-American while also implementing individual projects.



Mentor skills are critical in ensuring that all team members are successful in completing their assigned Assessment, Audit, Design, and Implementation projects within Network, Security, Virtualization, and Wireless areas of expertise. These projects will be specific to allowing a Connected Enterprise by connecting the Industrial Internet of Things.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaboration skills to manage a team of diverse, highly qualified members and to work with peers, clients, and vendors.
- Mentoring capabilities to expose team members to opportunities that aid in the growth of their skills
- Vision, problem anticipation, and problem-solving ability to aid in the interaction with peers, team members, and internal / external customers.
- Strong commercial skills, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple diverse projects.
- Experience in reviewing documentation associated with Assessments, Audi
