Where You'll Make a Difference
- Develop and optimize beverage formulations aligned with customer, market, and regulatory requirements.
- Independently manage technical projects from concept through commercialization.
- Support strategic customer accounts with application expertise and technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and R&D; teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Design and execute laboratory and pilot plant experiments.
- Demonstrate ingredient technologies through innovative beverage concepts.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and experimental records.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and new concept development within the beverage category.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the food ingredients or food manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in beverage applications or beverage technology.
- Strong formulation and product development experience within beverages.
- Experience working in laboratory environments following GMP standards.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
