EL ROL:
Como Digital Commerce Operations Specialist, serás responsable de la operación diaria de nuestras plataformas digitales de venta —incluyendo eCommerce y WhatsApp Order Entry— asegurando una ejecución confiable y eficiente. Trabajarás de forma cercana con equipos de IT y proveedores para resolver incidencias, coordinar implementaciones, validar nuevas funcionalidades y asegurar que las herramientas digitales soporten adecuadamente las necesidades del negocio.
RESPONSABILIDADES FUNDAMENTAL:
- Gestionar la operación diaria de nuestras plataformas digitales de venta, asegurando que catálogo, promociones, banners y contenido estén correctamente configurados.
- Dar seguimiento a tickets, bugs e incidencias con IT y proveedores externos hasta su resolución, comuni
