About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketer with a strong background in e-commerce marketing, preferably within a small to mid-sized consumer brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the entire digital marketing ecosystem and can confidently manage multiple initiatives with minimal supervision.
While email marketing through Klaviyo will be a major focus, this position also requires experience across website merchandising, social media, analytics, creative asset coordination, paid marketing, and emerging e-commerce channels such as TikTok Shop.
This is not an entry-level or training position. The idóneo candidate should be comfortable stepping into an established business, understanding existing systems quickly, and contributing from day one without requiring extensive onboarding on marketing platforms or e-commerce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the company's email marketing strategy using Klaviyo, including campaigns, automations, customer segmentation, and lifecycle flows.
- Create and optimize email sequences such as welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and promotional campaigns.
