We are seeking a talented **Manufacturing Engineer** to join our team specializing in **Manufacturing** for our **Cummins** in **Ciudad Juárez.** **Job Summary:** Contributes to the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while contributing to teams. **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways** : + Support the implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and business goals. + Apply manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to optimize equipment, processes, and standard work. + Contribute to project execution by supporting planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. + Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and help resolve issues in collaboration with different teams. + Assist in budget tracking, risk identification, and overall project analysis using quality tools. + Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success. + Maintain accurate project documentation and share key learnings to support continuous improvement. + Follow all safety procedures during implementation and daily activities. + Reporting the implementation progress to the Management.
