The Professional Services Analytics team partners closely with the Professional Services business within Salesforce to drive data-informed decision-making. We are looking for a curious an Data Analytics Analyst to join our Analytics team someone who thrives on turning complex,



raw data into clear, actionable insights, compelling dashboards, and meaningful business stories. If you're someone who gets genuinely excited about untangling messy data and turning it into something clear, visual, and useful, we'd love to have you on the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Use Tableau to create interactive, intuitive, and actionable visualizations.
* Partner cross-functionally with business and operational teams to understand functional requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and operational details of the business (e.g., key datasets, business drivers/KPIs).
* Assist in wrangling data sets using SQL, Snowflake, and Salesforce to discover patterns, correlate findings, and measure the impact on business and key metrics.
