WHAT DOES AN OFF TRADE KAE DO?

As a KAE Off Trade, you will play a key role in accelerating Bacardi’s growth by leading strategic partnerships with our wholesaler clients.

You will create the legacy of Bacardi, strengthen customer engagement and execute world-class commercial strategies that directly shape how our iconic brands live and grow in the market.

ABOUT YOU

· You have at least 3-5 years of experience managing Key Accounts (Desirable Groceries Distributors) in the FMCG industry, with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
· You combine analytical thinking with a results-driven mindset and thrive in cross-functional, high-performance teams.
· You communicate clearly, act with ownership, and contribute to a culture of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Own the successful implementation of all trade activities and account management negotiations.
- Handle trade investment to register, track and control all activities driven with clients.
- Analyse key business data: -sales, margins, inventory, pricing, market trends – to generate actionable insights and propose short term solutions.
- Ensure excellent enforcement of our Execution Pillars: Distribution, Visibility, Quality, Price, Advocacy, and Promotion.
