The Senior Strategy and Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Chief of Staff and partnering with senior marketing leaders to drive strategic planning, performance management, and operational excellence. This position owns key processes such as annual planning, metrics and dashboard development, leadership reporting, and executive decision support.

About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Strategy and Operations Lead, your key responsibilities will be:
- Strategic planning & performance management: Support annual planning processes, including development and monitoring of goals and OKRs, and ensure alignment of priorities across the marketing function. Use AI tools to synthesize inputs across teams, surface gaps in goal coverage, and draft scenario analyses faster.
- Metrics & dashboard development: Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems that provide timely visibility into marketing performance and business outcomes. Apply AI to automate recurring data pulls, generate narrative commentary on trends, and flag anomalies before leadership reviews.
