The Role

The Director, Marketing – Mexico is responsible for developing and executing the localized marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, Brand Ambassador growth, and long-term business performance across the Mexico market. This leader creates a consistent, culturally relevant marketing vision that strengthens Plexus' position as the leading gut health brand while equipping Brand Ambassadors with the tools, campaigns, and resources they need to successfully grow their businesses.

Serving as the strategic marketing leader for Mexico, this role partners closely with Global Marketing, Brand, Product Development, Sales, and Field Development teams to translate integral initiatives into impactful local campaigns that resonate with Mexican consumers and Brand Ambassadors. The Director also leads the market's digital marketing strategy, ensuring Plexus builds a recognizable online presence through localized social media, digital content, and customer engagement initiatives.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, this leader combines strategic thinking,



creativity, operational excellence, and people leadership to accelerate business growth while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
