Job Description:

Qualification, Knowledge & Academic requirements:
- Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- More than 3 years of experience in Quality.
- Conversational level of technical English.
- Great problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel 25% of time (including international).
- Lead Teams.
- Have a solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Engineering Standards (Quality Tools)
- Knowledge of Statistical Analysis.

Experience requirements:
- Advanced experience in HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS, mechanical and electronics.
- Expert in RCA methods, 8Ds, A3, Core Tools.
- Practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Handling of statistical software WinSPS, Minitab.
- Lead Teams.
- Establish and maintain rapport with the team, through communication and proactivity within the organization.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously to ensure compliance with Milwaukee Tool's schedule and process.
- Follow up Quality related activities in all production lines.
