Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Learning
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
- Implement play-based, exploratory, and student-centered teaching strategies.
- Support the development of language, motor, cognitive, and socio-emotional skills.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Student Development and Monitoring
- Observe and monitor students’ overall development and progress.
- Assess students using developmentally appropriate tools and strategies.
- Identify students who may require additional support and collaborate on intervention strategies.
- Promote positive behavior, independence, and social interaction.

Classroom Management
- Maintain an organized, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Establish routines and expectations that promote structure and safety.
- Ensure the appropriate use and care of classroom materials and resources.

Documentation and Follow-up
- Prepare and maintain updated records of lesson planning, student progress, and assessments.




- Collect and organize evidence of student learning in line with institutional guidelines.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of academic documentation.

Communication and Collaboration
- Maintain clear, respectful, and consistent communication with parents regarding student development.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, specialists, and school staff.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities.

Safeguarding and Wellbeing
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students at all times.
- Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Report any concerns related to student welfare in a timely and appropriate manner.
