A civil organization is seeking to strengthen its digital learning program for children experiencing vulnerability, bilingual challenges, learning delays, or limited academic support at home. Many of the children served by the organization come from Indigenous or low-literacy households and attend public school while receiving additional support at the center. The organization has begun implementing a digital learning platform to spark students’ curiosity and reinforce essential skills, but it faces challenges in designing structured online activities, differentiating content by developmental level, and monitoring individual progress. Limited staff experience with digital education tools further affects consistent implementation.

As a Digital Education Facilitator,



you will collaborate with local educators to select and adapt online activities, create engaging content, and establish monitoring processes. Alongside your colleagues, you will strengthen learners’ motivation and academic readiness, as well as the center’s capacity to deliver high-quality digital learning. The improved digital instruction will contribute to greater school engagement, enhanced skill development, and more equitable access to learning opportunities for children navigating difficult life circumstances.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in education technology or a relevant field.
AND
Two or more years of teaching experience using digital or e-learning tools.
