Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Architect in a growing U.S.-based company. As an Architect you will be responsible for designing and planning building structures, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetics. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, create detailed plans using design software, and ensure the project aligns with the original vision, budget, and timeline. You will also ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other design software.




- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction processes.
- 2-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Design and oversee building projects from concept to completion.
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure designs comply with local codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

​​​​Compensation

$1,500 - $2,500 USD/month, paid in USD depending on experience.

Details
- Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
- Client has a desire for long term commitment.
