Responsibilities
- Analyze quality performance indicators, including PPM, Scrap, Rework, First Pass Yield (FPY), Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and Customer Complaints,



to identify trends and implement improvement actions.
- Investigate quality issues and determine root causes using problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto Analysis, and DMAIC.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Use Minitab, Power BI, and other statistical analysis tools to evaluate process performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and update Process Control Plans and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documentation.
- Develop and implement quality systems and manufacturing processes for new products, programs, and projects.
- Manage corrective action activities related to customer complaints, calibration systems, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), PFMEA, Control Plans, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), inspections,
