Descripción

- Partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance and operational excellence.
- Lead monthly financial closing and reporting activities.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, productivity initiatives, and working capital performance.
- Support budget, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Manage inventory controls, reconciliations, and financial compliance.
- Oversee fixed assets and capital expenditure processes.
- Provide costing support for new product introductions and transfer pricing activities.
- Monitor savings initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and financial policies.
- Lead and develop a finance team within the manufacturing environment.

Perfil buscado





A successful Controller should have:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
- Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Professional accounting qualification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience working within multinational organizations.
