Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to help implement and support Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The adecuado candidate should understand Salesforce basics, data integration, customer data management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Integrate data from multiple sources into Data Cloud.
- Create and manage data streams, data models, and identity resolution.
- Build customer segments and calculated insights.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues.
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts.
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
