Core Technical Skills
Backend Architecture & Distributed Systems**
- Designing large-scale, high-availability backend systems
- Microservices architecture
- Event-driven architecture

- Scalability, reliability, and performance engineering
- Programming Languages**
- Elixir (mandatory)** — 2+ years of production experience
- Strong backend development experience (8+ years overall)

- Ability to select the appropriate API paradigm based on requirements
