This role is with Accellacare, part of ICON's clinical research network, where you’ll play a key role in transforming the clinical trial experience for patients and sponsors alike. As a Site Selection Specialist, you will support feasibility and site selection activities across multiple countries, ensuring we engage the right sites with the right capabilities while maintaining quality, compliance, and excellent collaboration. What You Will Be Doing: Identify and engage potential investigators and sites using data, research, and local insightsBuild strong relationships with sites to support feasibility and study participationConduct phone selection visits and gather country intelligence to support decisionsEnsure accurate documentation and data quality in relevant systemsWork cross functionally with Study Start Up and CRA Management to drive timelinesTrack site feedback and maintain transparency on selection outcomesChampion process improvement and contribute to operational excellence Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field2+ years' experience in clinical research working at site, feasibility and/or site selection activitiesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSkilled in data management and problem solving with attention to detailFluency in EnglishProactive,
