The Internal Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the commercial organization by coordinating sales operations, customer service activities, procurement processes, and logistics execution. This role serves as the primary link between customers, suppliers, the sales team, and logistics partners to ensure efficient order management, timely deliveries, inventory availability, and customer satisfaction. Continuously evaluate processes and systems and suggest improvements when fit to assist in meeting departmental objectives regarding targets and tasks. Direct department staff to follow established processes and targets. Create, maintain, and communicate essential statistics and results to company and sales management as well as departmental staff. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with operational excellence, ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled while optimizing procurement and supply chain processes.Main Responsibilities

Sales CoordinationSupport the sales team with quotations, order processing, pricing updates, and customer communications.Manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt through delivery and invoicing.Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales records in ERP and CRM systems.Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning activities.Monitor and follow up on open orders, backorders, and customer inquiries.Track project delivery dates to ensure quoted delivery dates are met.Prepare sales reports, KPIs, and performance summaries for management.Logistics ManagementCoordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers,



and warehouse providers.Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for optimization.Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics issues and delivery delays.Ensure proper documentation for shipments, customs compliance, and import/export requirements.Coordinate inventory movements between warehouses and customer locations.Support inventory control and stock management processes.Procurement & Supply ChainExecute procurement activities including supplier selection, quotation requests, purchase order creation, and follow-up in coordination with other departments.Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliable delivery performance.Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment activities to avoid stock shortages or overstocks.Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers when applicable.Track supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to forecast purchasing requirements.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.Customer ServiceProvide exceptional support to customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product information.Manage customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution with relevant departments.Build strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.Maintain high response levels and service standards.Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, Behaviours)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.3–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, logistics, procurement,
