Handle time-sensitive tasks related to scheduling, data entry,



and shipment tracking.Process tasks received from inbound queues and internal systems.Communicate with carriers and shipping facilities through calls and messages.Utilize multiple systems and tools to investigate and resolve operational problems.Apply problem-solving skills to make decisions that benefit carriers, customers, and business operations.Escalate complex cases when necessary and clearly explain solutions to improve processes.Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and the overall carrier and customer experience.Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.Requirements

Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.One year of experience in a customer-facing role OR a bachelor's degree.Practical notes

This position is onsite, Monday through Friday, with various shifts available.You will be required to work on Mexican holidays but will observe U.S. holidays.Immigration sponsorship or transfer is not available for this role.
