Voice Engineer – Contact Center | VoIP | SIP | U.S. Dialing | QA Testing
Location: Remote within Mexico or LATAM
Type: Full Time / Contractor
Compensation: $55,000 MXN per month
We are seeking an experienced Voice Engineer to support enterprise voice and contact center environments.
The idóneo candidate will have experience with VoIP, SIP, Contact Center technologies, U.S. dialing plans, and Voice QA Testing.
Experience with E911 is a strong plus.
In this role, you will troubleshoot voice infrastructure, support telephony deployments, validate call quality, optimize routing, and ensure reliable communications across enterprise environments.
