Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

+ Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill .

+ Detect area needs .

+ Lead improvement projects .

+ Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

+ Advanced English.

+ Experience in project development at SBU Level.

+ Experience in Decision making at Program Level.

+ Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.

+ Project Management.

+ Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP.

+ People skills, teamwork, communication skills.

+ New process line development.
