Responsible for leading and managing the overall software integration testing organization for assigned vehicle platforms, subsystems, and features.

Defines and champions the end-to-end testing strategy, manages overall resources (teams, budget, environments, tools), oversees test execution and strategic initiatives across multiple features and programs.

Acts as the primary point of contact for testing activities, provides leadership and reports to senior leadership (Directors, Chief Engineers, executive management) on overall test status, progress, and quality metrics.

Drives strategic direction for testing efficiency, automation, process improvement, and talent development.

Work Products:

- 5+ Years of experience with role or similar.

- Advanced English Skills

- 4 days On Site: GTBC México (Naucalpan, México)

- Bachelor Degree

- Master Degree is a plus.
