El Supervisor de Intendencia reportara directamente al Supervisor de Facilities.

Esta rol se encargara de organizar y coordinar la correcta ejecucion de limpieza en la planta, incluyendo patios, estacionamientos, comedor, sanitarios, pasillos, oficinas.

De igual manera se encargara de asegurar los estandares de seguridad e higiene dentro de las instalaciones.

ACERCA DEL PUESTO





- Planificar rutas y horas de limpieza (diseñar horarios que maximicen el rendimiento del equipo de intendencia sin afectar - otras operaciones.

- Asignacion de tareas (distribuir equitativmente las responsabilidades al equipo).

- Control de insumos, y requerimiento de faltantes.

- Seguimiento a hallazgos y coordinar mantenimientos preventivos.

ACERCA DE TI

- Bachillerato concluido, carrera tecnica o carrera universitaria

- Manejo de Paqueteria Office

- 1 a 2 años de experiencia gestionando equipos

- Atencion al detalle

- Excelente comunicacion
