Job Description

Only A Click Digital Marketing is hiring a QA sales manager (Remote, LATAM) to review and evaluate recorded sales presentations, identify performance gaps, and help ensure our team consistently follows proven processes. This is a remote, full-time position adecuado for someone detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to spot patterns across recorded calls.

You will be responsible for watching recorded sales presentations from our team, identifying errors or deviations from company procedure, and providing clear written feedback that helps reps improve and helps leadership refine training and process.

Key Responsibilities

- Review recorded sales calls and presentations to evaluate rep performance
- Identify errors, missed steps, and failures to follow company sales procedures
- Score calls against established criteria such as script adherence, objection handling, and CRM use
- Document findings in clear, structured reports for sales leadership and individual reps
- Track recurring issues across reps to surface training gaps and process weaknesses
- Flag standout calls (both positive and negative) for use in coaching and training sessions
- Maintain organized logs of reviews and performance trends over time
- Verify that CRM entries, follow-ups, and pipeline activity reflect what occurred on calls
- Collaborate with sales and training leadership on scorecards,



rubrics, and process improvements

Qualifications

- 1+ year of sales, sales support, or sales operations experience required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable watching and evaluating recorded calls for extended periods
- Clear, professional writing for feedback reports
- Familiarity with CRMs or ability to learn quickly
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Full-time availability during standard U.S. business hours

Bonus (Not Required)

- Experience in digital marketing, funnels, or sales enablement
- Prior experience in sales QA, call review, or coaching
- Experience building or using scorecards or evaluation rubrics
