Customer Services Manager with experience in wordpress (LATAM Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, client-focused Website Project Manager to oversee multiple website projects simultaneously. This role serves as the primary point of contact between our clients and our website development team.

You will guide clients through the onboarding process, gather project requirements and assets, communicate website recommendations, manage feedback, and coordinate with our developers to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.

The adecuado candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding calls with new website clients.

Gather project requirements, branding assets, content, and other necessary materials.

Document client goals, website requirements, and requested changes.

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the website development process.

Review website drafts and provide feedback to the development team.

Make recommendations to clients regarding website improvements, design, content, and user experience.

Create and assign tasks to developers based on client feedback and project needs.

Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Manage multiple website projects simultaneously.

Conduct final review meetings with clients before project launch.

Ensure clients are satisfied with the final website and address any remaining concerns.

Maintain detailed project notes and communication records.

Qualifications

Required

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).





Experience managing client-facing projects.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working remotely with distributed teams.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to translate client requests into actionable tasks for developers.

Preferred

Experience in website project management.

Familiarity with website design and development processes.

Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of WordPress and website terminology.

Experience working with digital marketing agencies or web design companies.
