Role Description This full-time, on-site Account Executive role is based in Miguel Hidalgo, CMX.

The Account

Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business with existing and new accounts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contract terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing service delivery. The role also involves tracking account performance, analyzing client needs, providing regular updates and reports, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

The Account

Executive collaborates closely with sales, operations, and finance to meet revenue targets and deliver a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in financial services or a related industry.




- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Comfort working with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to track activity, pipeline, and account performance.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting goals and service standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Miguel Hidalgo, CMX.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
