Agile Delivery

Manager at BairesDev As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of high-quality software projects. You will act as a facilitator, streamlining workflows and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to help teams meet their strategic objectives.

What You'll Do Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives to maintain momentum.

Identify and eliminate organizational or technical blockers to ensure unhindered progress for the development team.

Manage and refine the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize high-value deliverables.

Monitor team performance using velocity tracking and other relevant metrics to drive predictable delivery cycles.





Oversee project tracking and documentation using Jira to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.

Champion Agile principles and practices to optimize team collaboration and overall operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or in a similar leadership role within an Agile environment.

Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum or Kanban teams to ensure efficient delivery and removing blockers.

Advanced proficiency in managing sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and using Jira for project tracking.

Hands-on experience with velocity tracking and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Strong ability to manage sprint cadence and alignment with organizational goals.
