Meaningful | Growth Marketing
Ciudad de México
Remote | Full-time | LATAM or North America | English required About Meaningful Meaningful is a remote growth and product studio. We work with startups and technology companies on SEO and AEO, content, web design, Webflow, Framer, analytics, and custom development. We’re a Webflow Enterprise Agency, a Framer Enterprise Agency, and a Vercel Partner. We also build our own products, including Supervisible and SavedTask.
That makes us practical about tools: use the one that fits the problem, and be ready to move when it doesn’t. More at m8l.com. The job For years, we hired Webflow developers. That description is now too narrow.
Some client sites should be built in Webflow. Some are better in Framer. Others belong in a Next.js repository connected to a headless CMS. We don’t want the tool to decide the architecture before we understand the problem.
We’re looking for someone who can work across those setups. You should be able to build a polished Webflow site, then open an unfamiliar codebase and make a safe production change without needing the repository explained line by line. Webflow is required.
It isn’t the ceiling. This is a mid-level role. We care less about a precise number of years than whether you can take a fuzzy brief, turn it into a plan, and get the work into production. What you’ll do • Build and maintain marketing sites in Webflow, Next.js, Astro, Framer, or a hybrid setup.
- Turn Figma designs into responsive pages without losing the details that made the design good.
- Work inside existing repositories, follow their conventions, and keep your changes scoped.
- Set up content models, previews, drafts, reusable components, localization, redirects,
and publishing workflows.
- Connect forms, CRMs, analytics, experiments, APIs, webhooks, and search.
- Handle technical SEO, AEO, accessibility, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Own QA and deployments, including preview environments and environment variables.
- Communicate blockers and tradeoffs early. Don’t wait quietly for a project manager to discover them.
- Help us decide when Webflow is the right choice and when code will serve the client better. How we use AI We use AI every day. Saying you “use AI” isn’t very useful by itself; we want to understand how you work with it. You can use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Replit Agent, v0, or whatever becomes better next. The tool matters less than the habits. We expect you to give an agent enough context, review the diff, understand the code, test the behavior, and catch the moments when the model is confidently wrong. You should know what can be delegated and what still needs careful engineering. We like vibe-coding speed. We don’t like mystery code. What we need • Strong foundations in semantic HTML, modern CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and browser behavior.
- Working proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Next.js or a comparable framework.
- Professional experience building production Webflow sites.
- Experience with at least one CMS beyond simple page editing, ideally a headless CMS.
- Familiarity with Git, pull requests, deployments, and environment configuration.
- Evidence that you’ve used AI coding agents on real work, not only demos.
- Good visual judgment around typography, spacing, hierarchy, responsive behavior, and interaction details.
- A high-agency working style. You investigate, propose a path, and keep work moving.
- Clear written and spoken English, with availability within roughly three hours of Mexico City time. Useful extras • Framer or Webflow Cloud.
- Astro, Sanity, Contentful, Payload, Strapi, or another modern CMS.
- Vercel, Cloudflare, or similar infrastructure.
- APIs, authentication, databases, serverless functions, or lightweight backend work.
- Reverse proxies and hybrid Webflow architectures.
- GSAP, Motion, Lottie, Rive, or WebGL.
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, experimentation platforms, or CRO work.
- Agency, consulting, or client-facing experience.
How to apply Skip the generic cover letter.
Send us
- Your resume or LinkedIn profile.
- Two or three production projects you’re proud of. Ideally, include one Webflow project and one code-based project.
- A short explanation of what you personally owned.
- One example of a substantial task you completed with an AI coding agent, how you tested it, and what the agent initially got wrong.
- A public repository, code sample, or prototype if one is available. A short, specific application is enough. Meaningful welcomes applicants from different backgrounds. If you meet the core requirements but not every extra, apply.
