Position: AI Solution Developer - ChatGPT, Custom GPTs & MS Copilot

Location: 100% Remote - Nearshore (LATAM Preferred) Visa Status: Independent Consultant

Duration: 6+ Months (Will be a Long Term Contract or CTH) PREFERRED TO WORK ON W2 OR 1099 :

The Client is seeking an AI Solutions Developer to design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve hotel operations and business productivity. This role will work directly with business stakeholders to develop practical AI applications using ChatGPT, OpenAI, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, and AI workflow automation tools. The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience building AI solutions, strong prompt engineering skills, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable AI products.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI solutions for Client's hotel operations.

Build and optimize Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot Agents, AI workflows, and prompt-based applications.

Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and workflow automations.

Partner with Hotel Operations, Commercial Services, Events, and other business teams to identify AI opportunities.

Manage and prioritize a backlog of AI initiatives while supporting rapid delivery cycles.

Conduct testing, prompt refinement, and user validation to ensure high-quality AI outputs.

Gather user feedback, monitor adoption, troubleshoot issues,



and continuously improve AI solutions.

Collaborate with enterprise AI platform teams, APIs, and technical partners.

Identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency.

Manage multiple AI initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Hands-on experience building AI solutions using:

o ChatGPT o OpenAI o Custom GPTs o Microsoft Copilot

Strong prompt engineering experience.

Experience building AI workflows, agents, automations, and prompt-driven applications.

Ability to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience gathering user feedback and improving AI products.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Computer

Science, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Must-Haves:
