Descripción de la vacante We are looking for a professional with a law degree with experience in Insurance, Environmental or Real Estate law for our office in Mexico City or Monterrey office.

The idóneo candidate will have the following:

- A qualified lawyer with excellent academic credentials.
- A minimum of 1 to 11 years of experience in insurance, environmental or real estate as a licensed attorney or with finished degree in process of getting the title.
- Excellent English communication skills (fluency in reading, writing, speaking).
- Interest in gaining experience over both areas.
- Strong client service orientation - a "client first" mentality.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders or clients.
- Maturity, gravitas, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work well in both a team and individually.
- High sense of urgency.
- Respects and enjoys the diversity of backgrounds found in the firm and amongst our client base.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of real estate agreements, including purchase agreements, lease agreements,



easements, and related documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions, including title review, zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Support environmental compliance and permitting processes, including permits, licenses, and filings with federal, state, and local authorities.
- Analyze and research environmental regulations applicable to real estate developments, industrial operations, and infrastructure projects.
- Advising insurance companies, insurance agents, and other participants in the insurance system, including intermediaries, foreign insurers, and reinsurers, on their operations in Mexico.
