WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Perform quality assurance on movie & TV metadata following defined guidelines
- Review and curate content based on quality standards, style guides, and client requirements
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines, including repetitive workflows
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Build and document solutions to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Design and develop automation & AI-assisted tools (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to implement improvements

YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU’RE…

- Passionate about movies, TV shows, and the entertainment industry
- Skilled in analyzing workflows and solving complex problems independently
- Proficient in scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent)
- Strong in spreadsheets (formulas, macros, data models)
- Fluent in English (business or native level) with strong communication skills




- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with automation tools or AI-assisted workflows
- Background in data operations, content review, or localization
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering
- Additional language proficiency (business level)

PROJECT DETAILS

- Job Title: Automation Specialist-1
- Location: Remote (Peru)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week | 10:00–18:30 CDT

(Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday)

- Contract: Indefinite (Contract role)
- Compensation: Competitive (aligned to local market)

- Fully remote, computer-based role
- Requires extended screen time and focus
