We are looking for an experienced

Azure Support (SRE)

. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of a multi-tenant SaaS platform built entirely on Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets across APIs, workers, and frontend services.

- Build and enhance observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

- Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.

- Optimize Azure Container Apps and KEDA autoscaling based on Azure Service Bus queue depth.

- Ensure the reliability of Azure PostgreSQL Versátil Server, Azure Managed Redis, and Azure Service Bus through backup, failover, and recovery testing.





- Improve deployment reliability using Azure DevOps and Bicep with progressive rollouts and rollback strategies.

- Maintain a secure Azure environment utilizing Virtual Networks, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, Azure Front Door, and WAF.

- Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with multi-region or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

- PostgreSQL performance tuning.

- FinOps or Azure cloud cost optimization.

- Experience with ThoughtSpot, Snowflake, LaunchDarkly, or Azure AI Foundry.

- Experience working in regulated or data residency environments.
