Overview

We are looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Agents to join our team. In this role, you will assist patients through multiple communication channels, providing a high level of service and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound communications via calls, emails, texts, and web chat
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Provide clear pre- and post-appointment instructions
- Support clinic operations by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Wired internet connection is required (must-have)

Note: The company will provide computer equipment to your home; however, having a wired internet connection is mandatory.
