We're hiring a Business Analyst to support our General Sales Center COE. In this role, you'll develop and maintain business intelligence reporting, analyze sales performance data, support business planning activities, and drive process improvements that enable sales teams to achieve their monthly and quarterly objectives. You will work closely with sales leadership, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and business recommendations. You have:

2-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Sales Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify business trends.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting automation.

Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to leadership teams.

Experience working with SQL and business reporting tools.

Experience with Power Platform solutions and Microsoft applications.

Ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience supporting sales, operations, business planning,



or performance management environments.

Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and projects simultaneously.

Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal). You will:

Develop, maintain, and improve business reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support sales teams in achieving quota attainment and business objectives.

Collect, cleanse, analyze, and interpret sales and business performance data from multiple sources. Monitor sales performance metrics and proactively identify trends, opportunities, risks, and anomalies. Collaborate closely with sales leaders, operations teams, business planning teams, and analytics partners to provide data-driven recommendations.

Support monthly and quarterly business reviews through accurate reporting and performance analysis. Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support to management and business stakeholders. Coordinate multiple data analysis requests with varying levels of complexity and business impact.

Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the creation of new reporting solutions, tools, and business processes.

Act as a key liaison between business users, CRM teams, reporting teams, and operational stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with programs, processes, and reporting standards.
