your established international network of high-net-worth investors, family offices and institutional investors, and overseas corporates pursuing listings and Pre-IPO fundraising.

You will own the full opportunity lifecycle: from prospecting and relationship building through initial commercial discussions, while partnering with internal teams to progress deals. Utilise and expand your personal global network to build relationships with overseas high-net-worth individuals, family offices and investment institutions. Identify and engage overseas companies planning IPOs, Pre-IPO equity financings and corporate listing projects.

Match investor demand with viable Pre-IPO and listing opportunities, lead initial commercial discussions. Collaborate with internal teams to present project materials, facilitate preliminary negotiations and drive transaction progress. 8–12+ years hands-on business development / client origination experience within capital markets, corporate finance, Pre-IPO or private investment space. # Proven existing professional network covering international contacts (North America, Latin America, Europe preferred). # Excellent negotiation & cross-cultural communication skills, fluent English is a strong plus. # Experience managing multi-stakeholder opportunities through discovery, qualification, and early-stage commercial discussions. #
