Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Cost Estimation & Quantity Takeoffs)

Pay Rate: $10.00 USD/hr + Uncapped Performance Commissions (Approx. $1,735.00 USD/month base)

Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)

Location: 100% Remote (Open exclusively to candidates residing in Latin America)

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, highly skilled Construction Project Manager (Cost Estimation & Quantity Takeoffs) for a permanent, full-time remote opportunity. In this role, you will lead quality quantity takeoffs, guide project cost strategy, and mentor an ambitious team of estimators—all while enjoying high earning potential through an uncapped performance commission structure.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

- Perform precise, high-volume quantity takeoffs and material estimates for commercial and residential construction projects.
- Develop competitive, highly accurate cost estimates and bid packages to maximize win rates.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior estimators to maintain strict quality control and accuracy standards.
- Analyze project blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications efficiently.
- Collaborate directly with clients, project managers,



and contractors to clarify scopes of work and project expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory Software Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with Bluebeam and PlanSwift is strictly required. Candidates without proficiency in these tools will not be considered.
- Proven track record in construction estimation, cost planning, and takeoff management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience training, mentoring, or supervising team members.
- Advanced English speaking and written communication skills for seamless collaboration with US stakeholders.
- Core Professional Traits: Highly reliable, responsible, professional, willing to learn, striving for success, independent, and possessing excellent communication skills.

Technical & Workspace Requirements

- High-speed internet connectivity with mandatory backup power solutions to ensure uninterrupted workflow during working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $138.00 - $172.50 per hour
