Pay Rate Control – £11.00 – £11.50 Shift Times Monday to Friday 19.00 – 07.00 Weekends 07.00 – 19.00 & 19.00 – 07.00 Job Introduction We operate within the security guarding/mobile patrol industry and run an extremely busy control room, managing the allocation of guards and liaising with our clients to ensure the service runs smoothly. You will work both a day and night shift pattern managing our staff and dealing with client request and issues at their sites. As the Controller it is your responsibility to liaise with our security personnel and clients you will possess excellent verbal and written skills.

You must have good working knowledge of the Logosoft roster management system and should have at least two years supervisory experience of rostering and managing staff and have the ability to prioritise tasks. You must have experience of collating reports and managing issues as they arise whilst escalating incidents where necessary. You must be versátil and be able to work hours as required for the business, which may include days, nights and weekends.





This role is suitable for a person who is looking to develop their careers and who possess the ability to work on their own initiative whilst adhering to company procedures Duties And Responsibilities Control Receive calls from clients, alarm receiving centres and officers

Manage holidays, sickness absences, and days off log all incidents in the DOB and then liaise with clients and management

Working with Logosoft to book on/off and manage rosters

Administration duties

Work as part of a team with the mobile officer to provide a quality service

Ability to work days or nights Person Specification Holds a current valid SIA licence (Security/Door Supervision)

Full UK Driving Licence

Good Customer Service Skills

Excellent command of English – Both oral and written

Ability to work on their own initiative

Flexibility according to operational needs

Ability to work as part of a team
