COORD. USED SALES AND ARMORED VEHICLE BMW MEXICO As the next Coord. Used Sales and Armored Vehicles you will serve as a cornerstone of the regional commercial strategy, balancing operational excellence with a customer-centric mindset.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our pre-owned and specialized armored vehicle portfolio across Mexico, Brazil and the LATAM region. You will orchestrate end-to-end sales workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and digital tools adoption to ensure that every operational initiative reinforces portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, and market expansion.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

- Verify vehicle eligibility, pricing accuracy, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Operate and monitor sales workflows across channels (in-market, online, and partner networks), ensuring timely follow-up, accurate data capture, and transparent reporting.
- Prepare and maintain sales dashboards, performance metrics, and regular management updates to inform decision-making.
- Decide and implement pricing, promotions,



and inventory strategies in alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and After-Sales to streamline processes and improve the customer journey.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG?

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance or a related.
- Relevant experience in sales coordination, operations or supply chain roles within the automotive industry or a closely related sector.
- Strong digital literacy with proficiency in CRM systems, ERP, data analytics tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and digital customer experiences.
- High level of adaptability, resilience, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is advantageous for cross-border collaboration.
- Knowledge of armored-vehicle handling, safety and regulatory requirements, insurance processes, and risk management is a plus.
