As a Conversational AI Engineer, you will design and develop intelligent conversational interfaces including chatbots and voice assistants. You will connect advanced NLU frameworks with complex dialog management systems to create seamless, human-like interactions that solve real-world user needs.

What You'll Do

- Design and implement production-grade conversational flows using NLU frameworks like Dialogflow or Rasa.
- Develop and maintain intent classification, entity extraction, and context management logic.
- Integrate conversational interfaces with backend APIs, IVR systems, and messaging platforms.
- Optimize model performance through continuous training, testing, and refinement of training data.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate user requirements into intuitive automated dialogues.




- Monitor and analyze conversation logs to identify and resolve edge cases in natural language understanding.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Conversational AI, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proven expertise in building conversational interfaces using NLU frameworks such as Dialogflow or Rasa.
- Hands-on experience with dialog management and designing complex conversation flows for chatbots or voice assistants.
- Deep understanding of NLU concepts including intent classification, entity extraction, and context handling.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
