GlobalSource IT has a direct end client that has a need for an Epicor iScala consultant to work remote for 6-12 months. We require a consultant specialized in the Epicor iScala ERP system, with proven experience in implementation, upgrade, migration, and functional-technical support projects. Provide functional and technical support for the Epicor iScala ERP across Financials, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Logistics modules. Configure, parameterize, and maintain processes within iScala, including business workflows, catalogs, and data structures. Implement integrations between iScala and other legacy systems (Service Connect or other integration tools). Support functional testing, UAT, and process documentation, training key users as needed. Collaborate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, FP&A;, Logistics, and Customer Service teams in Mexico to resolve system issues. Minimum 5 years of experience working with Epicor iScala (versions 2.0 to 5.0 / 2023.1), in functional and/or technical roles. Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English.
