This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Regional IFRS Center of Excellence , supporting finance teams across the Americas within a global organization.

If you're looking to move from Big Four or continue growing within a multinational finance environment, this role offers the opportunity to work on complex accounting matters while collaborating with international finance leaders.

What You'll Do

✔ Act as a technical accounting partner supporting finance teams across the Americas.

✔ Review and support IFRS Financial Reporting Packages and statutory financial statements.

✔ Provide guidance on accounting treatments involving estimates, provisions, revenue recognition, impairments and other IFRS-related matters.

✔ Partner with Controllers, Finance Directors, CFOs and regional finance teams to ensure consistent application of accounting policies.

✔ Support financial close, audit activities and technical accounting projects.

✔ Drive finance process improvements, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

✔ Participate in finance transformation projects within a multinational environment.





We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

✔ 4–6 years of experience in:

- Big Four (Audit, Accounting Advisory, GCR, BPS)
- Financial Reporting
- General Ledger
- Corporate Accounting
- Shared Services
- Regional Finance

✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting. ✔ Experience working with multinational organizations or regional finance operations.

✔ SAP FI or similar ERP experience is highly desirable.

✔ Advanced English (daily interaction with global stakeholders).

✔ Excellent analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
