This is full stack salesforce role

Experience in Sales cloud, admin and more

- Hands on experience in Sales Cloud , CPQ
- Hands on experience in Configurations of Sales, Service setups
- Backup SF Data Weekly and Monthly 3. Salesforce patches (3 times a year). Impact analysis and testing on the updates 4. Review & Creation of Salesforce design and entity models & Configuration
- CPQ - account creation, deletion, Access

6 Ability to interact with Business and document requirements for minor enhancements

- Create design, work with offshore team for development.
- Ability to deploy code and changes to next environment
- Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements 7.

Perform

Production support , Incident management,



Service Request, Enhancements configurations for salesforce application

- Train business users on Salesforce process flow
- Integration support for outlook, Hubspot and others

Salesforce

Certifications in Admin, Admin+, Platform is a must

- Data upload using data loader, import wizard

16 Drive Solution using Configuration, lightning flows, Lead Management, Opportunity management

Experience of working in Support, Managed services projects 1
