This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

Work Schedule

- Standard Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00
- Daylight saving: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Help Desk Access team!

- Be the first point of contact for employees needing account access or system support.
- Help onboard new hires by preparing their accounts and system access.
- Assist with employee account updates throughout their employment journey.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
- Keep records accurate and organized across multiple systems.




- Help manage company equipment and software inventory.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth and positive support experience.
- Support the employee offboarding process by removing system access and ensuring a smooth transition when team members leave the company.

Minimum requirements:

- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, help desk, technical support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with help desk tools and ticketing systems.
- Experience using collaboration and productivity tools such as Zoom, DocuSign, Tungsten, and Power PDF (or similar platforms).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
