Hiring: Customer Success Manager

?? Supporting a Confidential U.S.-Based Client We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a growing U.S. company that delivers innovative software solutions to business customers. This fully remote opportunity is open exclusively to professionals based in Latin America with strong English communication skills, as you'll work directly with U.S. clients.

What You'll Do

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Lead customer onboarding, adoption, renewals, and account growth initiatives.

Build trusted relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for expansion.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Support subscription renewals, sales order processing, and payment coordination.

Create and manage renewal quotes and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.

Track customer activity, opportunities, and forecasts while meeting performance goals.

What We're Looking For





Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, or another client-facing role.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience managing customer renewals, retention, and account growth.

Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working toward KPIs and business goals.

Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, software, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries.

Familiarity with subscription-based products or services.

Experience supporting customer onboarding and product adoption.
