The Role

- Dive into data and transform complex datasets into meaningful insights to solve challenges.
- Work closely with clients to understand their questions, conduct research, and develop metrics and strategies.
- Respond to data calls, combine information from multiple sources, and develop detailed analytical reports.
- Build dashboards and data visualizations to support enterprise-level software and hardware decisions.
- Automate repetitive tasks with scripts and produce standardized reporting.
- Support mission-driven initiatives by leveraging data for positive impact.

What You'll Need

- 4+ years of experience working with data operations.
- 2+ years of experience with data engineering in Databricks or Spark.
- 2+ years of experience with Python, R,



or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- 2+ years of experience performing research, recommending strategies, and supporting business intelligence.
- Ability to be self-motivated and pay strict attention to detail.
- A Bachelor's degree.
