Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in DevOps, with a proven track record of working with overseas teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The idóneo candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as experience in automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment pipelines using modern CI/CD tools.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to design and implement reliable, scalable, and secure cloud-based systems.
- Build and maintain observability stacks including monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, or equivalent).




- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of a system outage or disaster.
- Collaborate with overseas teams to ensure consistent and timely delivery of projects.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production systems.
- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve system performance, security, and reliability.
- Document system configurations and procedures for reproducibility and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficient in automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Experience with containerization and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of networking and security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and SSL/TLS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with overseas teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong Project Management skills
